Applied AI and data infrastructure for defense and government
Valor Intel builds the data and AI infrastructure that turns the government's own records into decisions. A great deal of federal data is technically public and practically unusable — published as FOIA reading-room exports, delimited flat files, and search forms behind consent banners, in schemas that were never meant to be joined to each other. We build the retrieval, resolution, and reasoning layers that make those records answerable.
Four capabilities underpin everything we ship, and all four run in production today:
These are not specific to any one mission area. Depot-level repairable sustainment is where we proved them first, and we apply them to new data domains through partnerships and competitive awards.
Our first product. Valor Intel DLR surfaces repairable parts across DoD surplus and contractor inventory — by NSN, condition code, carcass value, platform, and DEMIL status — so defense contractors and MRO operators can reclaim, repair, and return parts to DLA stock before the 60-day carcass-charge window closes.
Every tracked part carries its NSN, condition code, carcass value and quantity, manufacturer CAGE code, aircraft or vehicle platform, DEMIL code, document number, and MRIL status. Around it sit the NSN lookup (backed by PUB LOG / FLIS reference data), the recovery valuation calculator, DD 1348-1 / 1574 / 1577 form generation, saved-search alerts over surplus listings, and Valor Intel AI for natural-language manifest analysis.
Valor Intel is built on public-source federal data, retrieved read-only and on a low request cadence. Loaded today: the DLA FLIS / PUB LOG catalog from the Defense Logistics Agency's electronic reading room, and GSA Auctions surplus listings. Connectors for DIBBS solicitation and award records and USAspending contract data are built and in integration. Records carry the date they were retrieved. Valor Intel is an independent commercial platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Defense Logistics Agency or any other government agency.
Valor Intel LLC is a veteran-owned and veteran-led small business. The platform was built by operators who have run DLR turn-in cycles firsthand — the manifest, valuation, and DD-form tooling reflect how this work actually gets done at the depot level. Formal SDVOSB certification and the related federal registrations are in progress; we list those here once they are issued, not before.
