When you create an account we collect your email address, name, and — if you provide them — organization name and CAGE code. If you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; Valor Intel never sees or stores your card number. If you import parts data (Command plan), those records are stored in your private workspace.
Account data is used to operate the platform: authentication, subscription management, saved-search alert emails you opt into, and transactional messages (password resets, billing receipts). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your imported parts data for anything other than serving it back to you.
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, with row-level security scoping records to your account) and processed on Vercel. Billing runs through Stripe. Alert and transactional email is sent via Zoho Mail. AI analysis queries are processed by Anthropic; your chat messages are sent to the model to generate responses and are not used by us to train models.
Your data is retained while your account is active. To close your account and request deletion of your data, contact hello@valorintel.io — we will cancel any active subscription and delete your personal data and imported records. Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (no longer linked to you) may be retained.
We use only the session cookies required for sign-in (Supabase auth). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
